To Find Similar Linework

Place a fence around the target linework.
From the Topology Cleanup toolbox, select the Find Similar Linework tool.
From the Find Similar Linework tool settings window, select a Mode type.
Set Facetize, Tolerance, Percent, and Level as appropriate.
Accept a data point to find and modify the similar linework.
Shortly, the similar linework is modified. A Results window shows the outcome.

Note: Of all the cleanup tools, Find Similar Linework is the most CPU intensive, especially when applied to an entire file.

Note: The results may be saved or appended to a text file by selecting the appropriate option from the Results window’s File menu.

Note: Removing similar elements may create gaps or dangles.
